What the record says.

Humanoid, registered as SKL Robotics Ltd, was founded in London in 2024 by Artem Sokolov, an entrepreneur and investor who is its CEO. Its first robot, the HMND 01, comes in a wheeled and a bipedal version, both pitched at logistics and manufacturing, with a software stack the company calls KinetIQ for fleet control.

The product that exists today is the HMND 01 Alpha Wheeled, a two-armed manipulator on a mobile base with a claimed 15 kg payload, 29 degrees of freedom and about four hours of runtime, offered to early access customers; beta units are scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026 and the biped is still in development. Named pilots include Siemens, an SAP and Martur Fompak automotive logistics trial and Schaeffler, which in May 2026 signed for a deployment of up to 2,000 robots over time. Bosch's robotics subsidiary is contracted to manufacture the wheeled model.

On 21 July 2026 the company announced a 152 million US dollar Series A at a 1.35 billion US dollar post-money valuation, taking total funding to 270 million US dollars, with Schaeffler and Bosch as strategic investors. It has not disclosed headcount or revenue, and deployment numbers so far come from the company alone.
